Safety
Operators born 1982 or younger must have a valid PA Boater Safety Certificate
Operators are responsible for the safety of their party.
Maximum occupancy is listed per rental boat and may never be exceeded.
Only Lessee may operate the watercraft.
Operator may not consume alcoholic beverages.
payment and refunds
Payment in full is required to reserve a time.
Bookings cancelled outside of 10 days will receive a full refund.
Booking cancelled by 3RBR due to any reason will be given a full refun

Damage to rental property
Lessee assumes responsibility for rented property and card on file will be charged for any damage.
